Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the varying needs of each assigned client, employing evidence-based techniques and practices that foster healing and growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing clinical consultation and case management support when necessary, while ensuring a collaborative environment conducive to shared experiences.

• Utilize diagnostic assessment tools to identify mental health disorders and create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of clients.

• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their progress, provide ongoing counseling, and adjust treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed therapists work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. This role requires sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by individuals and families across the lifespan. You will engage with clients dealing with a variety of issues such as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Experience working with couples and families is essential, as this is a significant focus of our therapy services.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).

• Active and fully licensed to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation while remaining part of a larger clinical team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
