Deine Rolle Als Sales Representative / Vertriebsingenieur (m/w/d) bist du die treibende Kraft im Vertriebsgebiet du erkennst Kundenbedrfnisse, stellst die richtigen Fragen und entwickelst Lsungen, die echten Mehrwert schaffen. Durch aktives Zuhren, fundiertes technisches Verstndnis und deine Marktkenntnis baust du langfristige Beziehungen auf und trgst zum Wachstum und Erfolg deines Gebiets bei. Deine Aufgaben Systematischer Ausbau von Marktanteil und Umsatz im Vertriebsgebiet Betreuung und Entwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Geschftsausbau Aktive Neukundengewinnung, insbesondere im Bereich Commercial & Institutional Buildings sowie Versorgungsunternehmen Angebotsverfolgung, Projektvorbereitung und -realisierung gemeinsam mit Partnern und Schlsselkunden Durchfhrung von Markt-, Trend- und Kundenanalysen sowie laufende Marktbeobachtung Pflege und Dokumentation relevanter Kunden- und Projektdaten im CRM-System Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung fr dein Vertriebsgebiet Teilnahme an Vergabeverhandlungen und Konditionsgesprchen im Einklang mit internen Vorgaben Dein Profil Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (z. B.
