Administrative Assistant

We are partnering with an established organization to identify a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative career while working closely with an experienced leadership team in a professional office environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and office staff
  • Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
  • Prepare and edit basic correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Track tasks, follow up on pending items, and help keep projects organized
  • Support office operations, including supplies, vendors, mail, and facilities requests
  • Assist with meeting preparation, events, and company functions
  • Help with expense reports, invoices, and basic financial documentation
  • Complete occasional local errands as needed

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-3 years of administrative, office, receptionist experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual preferred
