Cost Accounting Manager

Waters seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to support the ADx Business in Cayey, providing financial leadership and cost accounting oversight for a manufacturing facility. The role involves standard product costing, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory management, and regulatory compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, reporting, and analysis of standard product costing and manufacturing variances
- Develop standard costs and ensure reserves are calculated appropriately
- Maintain compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in financial reporting
- Coordinate annual budget and forecasting preparation with manufacturing leadership
- Provide financial analysis and advice supporting capital projects and operational decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years cost accounting and finance experience in manufacturing
- Strong SAP and BPC system experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP functions
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Manufacturing variances, inventory control, and COGS analysis experience
- MBA or CPA/CMA certification preferred
