HEAD OF SOCIAL STORYTELLING- High Growth Start Up New York City | $140k-$200k Base + Equity A high-growth, venture-backed healthcare technology startup is looking for a Head of Social Storytelling to build and scale its organic content engine. Having achieved multi-million-dollar revenue in its first year and secured significant funding from leading investors, the company is now seeking a creative, hands-on marketer who can turn strong existing brand momentum into a category-defining social presence. This is a rare opportunity to own social strategy end-to-end, work directly with founders, and build toward a future marketing leadership role as the business continues to scale.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for shaping the company's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging channels, with a major focus on short-form video content. Key responsibilities include: Owning the organic social and storytelling strategy Building and managing a network of creators, influencers and freelancers Developing content calendars and brand narratives Creating content personally, from concept to execution Managing external content resources and social media support Scaling content production while maintaining quality and authenticity Connecting social engagement and content performance to business outcomes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or brand storytelling Proven experience building or scaling an organic content operation Strong portfolio of short-form vertical video content Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution Experience managing creator, influencer or content partnerships Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
