Head of Affiliates and Influencers

Role Description

Affiliates and influencers are already one of Boldin's highest-quality, highest-intent acquisition channels and now it's time to pour fuel on it. We're looking for a Head of Affiliates and Influencers to take ownership of our existing program, set its strategy, and accelerate its growth into a true engine for the business.

This is a leadership role with a hands-on edge. You'll oversee the program we've already built including an affiliate manager who runs much of the day-to-day while driving the strategy, raising the ceiling on performance, and getting personally involved in the biggest partnerships and decisions.

You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with paid media, lifecycle, content, data, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and own the program.
• Define where affiliates and influencers go from here: the partner mix, the targets, the roadmap, and own delivery against revenue and CAC goals.
• Accelerate growth.
• Lead the existing team.
• Deepen creator relationships.
• Expand the distribution-partner network.
• Sharpen partner economics.
• Migrate the program to a dedicated tracking platform.
• Strengthen the operational backbone.
• Test and scale.

KPIS + Targets

• By 90 days: know the existing program, partners, and team inside out, set a clear strategy and growth plan, audit how attribution and payouts work today, and select a tracking platform with the migration underway.
• By the end of year one: affiliates and influencers are a predictable, measurable growth channel with clean economics, a documented playbook, a growing roster of high-performing partners, and a clear plan for scaling the team behind it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing, including ownership of an affiliate or creator program that you scaled meaningfully.
• A relationship-builder who creators and partners genuinely want to work with.
• Commercially sharp; you think in CAC, payback, LTV, and incremental revenue.
• Analytical and data-fluent; comfortable in analytics tools.
• A strategic operator who can take an established program and accelerate it.
• An excellent communicator and writer.
• Comfortable leading from the front.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer fintech, SaaS, or subscription businesses.
• A network in the personal-finance or retirement creator ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, or migrating to an affiliate or partner tracking platform.
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance considerations that come with financial-services partnerships.

Salary Range

$160,000 - $180,000/annual DOE
