GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the individual, provide oral reading services, take dictation, assist in research and composing written assignments pertaining to disability/accessibility issues, and occasional general clerical tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND SKILLS:
· Audio-record or read out loud technical and non-technical written materials. Materials to be read may include: emails correspondence, announcements, directives, journals, magazines, books, regulations, etc.
· Take dictation on a PC computer and help with composing written assignments.
· Assist with research, which may include conducting searches on the internet and summarizing content.
· Assist in drafting text for proposed regulations and legislations.
