Job Summary: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Construction Administrator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a strong background in construction documentation and administrative processes. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of construction experience Experience with lien releases, draw requests, permitting, and working with city departments Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred Strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements Some travel may be required Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and track construction draw requests and supporting documentation. Manage lien releases, permits, inspections, and project‑related paperwork. Coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress. Maintain project files, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance records. Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and project reporting. Monitor project deadlines and ensure all required documentation is submitted timely. Support the construction team with various administrative and operational tasks. Why Join Us?
