Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively work as a clinician, both in the office setting via telehealth and within community locations, directly supporting clients who experience major mental illnesses and severe emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to determine individual needs and create tailored care plans that facilitate recovery and empowerment.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure clients receive access to necessary linked services, collaborating with family members and other healthcare providers as needed.

• Carry a manageable caseload of clients, providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to specific presenting problems and service requests.

• Participate in crisis intervention when necessary, employing therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate urgent and distressing situations.

• Ensure compliance with all professional ethical guidelines and our organization’s code of conduct while identifying and reporting any safety concerns within the clinical environment.

• Attend and contribute to team meetings, offering insights and engaging in discussions to improve service delivery and overall agency outcomes.

• Complete necessary documentation promptly, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reports and data collection to support agency operations.

• Provide on-call support during assigned hours to address client needs as they arise, demonstrating commitment and responsiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
