Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and objectives of the patient population served.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques proactively to support patients in overcoming challenges related to their cancer diagnoses, continuously monitoring their progress and adapting interventions as needed.

• Prepare and maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory guidelines and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to craft a comprehensive treatment strategy that aligns with their goals and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and establish productive relationships with other clinicians and treatment providers, fostering an integrated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, particularly within outpatient or mental health spheres is preferred.

• Experience in working with oncology patients or in hospice and palliative care environments is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
