Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' unique mental health needs and understand their personal circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and individual preferences.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the varied needs of clients.

• Use evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s situation to promote their mental wellness effectively.

• Monitor clients’ progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our secure electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive well-rounded and comprehensive care.

• Uphold ethical and legal standards within the provision of mental health services, respecting client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
