Human Resources Coordinator

Overview The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team and site leadership at the Broken Arrow manufacturing facility. This role supports day-to-day Human Resources activities including onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee engagement, timekeeping, and general office operations. This is a highly visible, on-site role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships across the site. Responsibilities HR Operations & Support: Support the HR Manager with daily HR and administrative functions Maintain employee records and HR documentation Provide general administrative support to HR and operations teams Recruiting & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews and candidate communication Assist with onboarding and new hire processing Support recruiting activities as needed Timekeeping & Employee Support: Manage timekeeping updates and attendance tracking Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support Employee Engagement & Office Coordination: Assist with employee engagement activities and events Coordinate meetings, events, and site activities Support office organization, supplies and vendor coordination Qualifications 1-3+ years of administrative, coordinator, HR support, or office experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Benefits Benefits Overview: Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, 401k Match, Family Leave, PTO & Paid Holiday Schedule.
