Job Description Job Description Full Charge Bookkeeper We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on bookkeeping experience and be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting functions independently. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) Prepare and post journal entries Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Maintain and review the general ledger Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting Research and resolve discrepancies and ensure transactions are properly recorded Maintain organized, accurate accounting documentation Qualifications

• * Recent professional bookkeeping experience required **
• * Hands-on experience with QuickBooks required **
