At First Finish we will provide you with specialized training and development tools that supports you to be your best at running projects, collaborating with clients and developing professionally. In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management and relationship management. You will:Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project.Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management and/or related industry experience a plus2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractorExperience in buy out process alongside RFIs, change orders and submittals.Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plusAbility to navigate blueprints.Field and/or procurement experience is a plus.Must have the flexibility for required business travel.First Finish prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.Salary Range Information:Florida Base Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 The range is Florida based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
