Sales Account Manager

Field Sales Representative Estimated Salary: $66,300 to $75,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. What You’ll Do Demonstrate professional selling skills, technical product knowledge, and industry knowledge. Develop an annual business plan aligned with the Regional Vice-Representative of Sales, covering executable activities. Source and develop client relationships and referrals. Sell consultatively and make solution recommendations based on the Hercules Value Proposition to prospects and clients. Grow business relationships with property owners and decision-makers. Present effective proposal presentations and respond to RFPs, identifying solutions. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to achieve high satisfaction. Serve as primary relationship owner after contract execution, ensuring a smooth transition to service. Manage and grow assigned accounts through regular communication and proactive needs addressing. Partner with service, operations, and support teams to resolve issues quickly and exceed expectations. Build long-term relationships driving retention, renewals, and incremental revenue opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customers' business goals. Assist in implementing company marketing plans. Travel locally up to 50% weekly. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Thorough understanding of pricing and proposal models. Strong closing skills that increase market share and profitability. Strong grasp of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven record in signing new business and expanding customer base. Prior experience in the multifamily laundry industry desirable.
