Director of Corporate Partnerships

Currently seeking a Director of Corporate Partnerships for Junction 36 powered by Indiana Tech , an advanced manufacturing innovation center through the development of strategic partnerships while building upon an already extensive set of relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs and other enterprises. You will be be a sophisticated, entrepreneurial, manufacturing and business-minded communicator with a track record of developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who embraces the opportunity to help Indiana Tech launch the Junction 36 initiative and ensure its sustainability in the years ahead. Their focus in this position will be the creation of innovative solutions that help partner organizations meet their organizational objectives through the services and facilities offered through Junction 36 and the university at large. Director of Corporate Partnerships Responsibilities: Help define and implement the strategic direction for Junction 36’s business services and corporate partnership programs Serve as strategic connector between Junction 36’s mission and the regional and state business community to build a strong range of relationships Provide design, strategy and facilitation to nurture strong collaborative relationships between Junction 36, its partners and Indiana Tech, and between Junction 36 partners Work with Executive Director to co-develop and implement plans to expand Junction 36’s corporate partnerships, business and entrepreneur community networks Develop key performance metrics that consistently measure the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate programs Identify partnerships with target organizations through customized approaches to price, delivery, services and content that meet their needs Represent Junction 36 at business and economic development gatherings, to support the work of existing partners and build relationships with new corporate partners Work with the other members of the Junction 36 team, Indiana Tech academics team, and Indiana Tech corporate partnership team members to identify collaboration opportunities and coordinate projects for clients Design and execute campaigns, communications and events with Junction 36 and Indiana Tech team members that activate corporate engagement and partnership Develop the business case and financial justification for new Junction 36 programs and services Perform other job-related duties as assigned Work with other project related items as needed by Executive Director Maintain updated corporate prospect list Meet performance goals as determined by Junction 36 Executive Director Key criteria include partner meetings, formal service and partnership agreements, corporate memberships, corporate sponsorships and others determined in collaboration with Executive Director Director of Corporate Partnerships Profile: Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in engineering, engineering services or related advanced manufacturing fields preferred 5+ years previous relevant work experience - Business development or business to business sales and marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills and experience with development and tracking of business metrics Adept with social media networks to foster and develop relationships Independent drive, willingness and ability to meet goals Sound time management skills Periodic regional travel involved, some overnight stays may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
