Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing pertinent medical history, performing physical assessments, and documenting findings accurately.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including discharge planning, follow-up care, and progress notes to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards and contribute to department initiatives that enhance patient access to care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and community outreach programs, helping to promote physical therapy services and establish valuable relationships within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
