Executive Director

Director oversees program operations and volunteer advocacy services for abused relations, personnel management, Board liaison responsibilities, and fiscal management.

RESOURCE

DEVELOPMENT:

Research grants and funding opportunities; maintain donor relationships and tracking systems; and assist the Board with fundraising.

PROGRAM PLANNING:

Meet regularly with and DHS personnel, and agency operations. Maintain required forms, permits, licenses, memberships, policies, and procedures. Prepare reports and keep child welfare agencies informed. and caseload tracking systems. Develop and monitor short- and long-term goals, ensure compliance with National and State CASA standards, and participate in CASA meetings and conferences.

COMMUNITY AND

PUBLIC RELATIONS:

and increase CASA awareness. Build relationships with agencies, organizations, and community partners; oversee media releases, approve public relations materials, and represent the program publicly.

PERSONNEL

MANAGEMENT:

Hire, supervise, and evaluate administrative and management staff; maintain job descriptions; and support staff development.

BOARD LIAISON AND

FISCAL MANAGEMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS:

or related experience in a relevant field, preferably in nonprofit, volunteer, or public service administration. Strong skills in fiscal management, fundraising, planning, and public relations required. Preference given to candidates with volunteer experience and knowledge of child abuse and neglect, families in crisis, and social services.
