As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning. What will you be doing? Be the expert: Become an expert in sample ordering. Maintain a sample log for customer sample requests and samples sent to customers for early approval. Support and Partner: Partner with sales to understand customer needs and assist with line planning, as needed. Work with overseas offices to coordinate sample shipping; staying abreast of any changes that will affect or delay sample delivery.Advise Sales team of changes, including material and finishing problems; and any quality issues. Assist: Assist with preparation for shoe shows and customer presentations, including assuring that key samples, line sheets, photo logs, wallcharts are available. Perks you will enjoy!
