Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients seeking mental health services to identify their unique psychological needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are based on evidence-based practices, ensuring they are tailored to each individual, couple, or family.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to address mental health concerns effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their health are coordinated.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and therapeutic strategies for clients in acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, educational seminars, and mental health awareness campaigns aimed at reducing stigma and encouraging individuals to seek help.

This position primarily serves clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds who are dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of professional experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community mental health settings, trauma-informed care, or crisis intervention are particularly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
