The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology within our organization is on the lookout for enthusiastic Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalists to become part of our comprehensive team in Long Island . As we broaden our Women’s Health Services throughout the health system, exciting opportunities are emerging for growth and expansion in the region.

Established in 1951 as Central Suffolk Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center stands as the largest healthcare facility in eastern Suffolk County and serves as the Eastern Hub of our organization, the most extensive healthcare provider in New York State. This not-for-profit 144-bed community hospital is the primary source of advanced healthcare services for over 250,000 residents in the Riverhead area, eastern central Suffolk County, and Long Island's North Fork. We proudly offer the only Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Suite, a Level III Trauma Center, and a NYS-Designated Stroke Center in our service area. Alongside a network of community-based primary care and specialty physician offices, we operate Suffolk County's largest certified home health agency and a community-focused ambulatory and immediate care campus in Manorville, NY. Additionally, we host esteemed internship and residency programs as a major clinical campus for the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and Long Island's largest JRCERT-accredited school of radiologic technology, affiliated with SUNY Empire State College.
