This role offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while ensuring our social workers are equipped to handle the demanding yet fulfilling responsibilities associated with client care in a Detox Center environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients entering the detox program, utilizing standardized tools to ascertain their needs and develop appropriate individualized treatment plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with both clients and their families to outline a strategic approach to recovery.
\n
• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting interventions based on evidence-based practices to ensure optimal support and recovery pathways.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, offering practical skills and resources that enhance their ability to assist in the rehabilitation process.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations that govern social work and substance use treatment, fostering a safe environment for both staff and clients.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment practices to deliver effective support tailored to individual learning styles and developmental needs.

• Foster rapport with clients to build trust, encouraging open communication and engagement throughout their detox journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from alcohol and substance use. Your professional expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients – many of whom are navigating significant life challenges – toward healthier choices and sustainable recovery strategies. Your approach must be empathetic, strong, and adaptive, as clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, with current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

• At least one year of experience working with clients in substance use rehabilitation or related services, demonstrating a commitment to best practices.

• Valid driver’s license, with a proficiency in adapting treatment methods to diverse learning styles and personal situations.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and practices in social work.

• Excellent organizational skills combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
