Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, performing therapy sessions from your home office while maintaining a work-life balance. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with a schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for predictable work hours. You will be integrated into a supportive virtual team that collaborates on client cases through video conferencing and shared digital platforms, fostering a cohesive team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish a therapeutic relationship.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique goals and challenges, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring an empathetic approach tailored to each situation.

• Support clients through significant life transitions, including but not limited to relationship issues, trauma recovery, and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure clients receive holistic support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring adherence to confidentiality and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions, enhancing your skills and contributing to the team’s expertise.

• Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest and expertise, emphasizing your strengths to provide the best possible support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client base seeking outpatient support. This includes individuals navigating mental health issues, couples addressing relational challenges, and families impacted by trauma or transition. Our clientele represents a variety of backgrounds and experiences, making cultural competence and sensitivity to differing perspectives essential in your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.

• Demonstrated understanding of systemic therapy, trauma-informed care principles, and relational interventions.

• Proficient use of electronic health records and comfort with securing client information through digital means.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and case management efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services to couples and families in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside comprehensive benefits. Benefits comprise health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and an annual allowance for continuing education units (CEUs) along with paid training days. Additional incentives, such as relocation assistance or signing bonuses, may be available for outstanding candidates.
