Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique mental health concerns of each client, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Provide therapy sessions—individual, couples, or group—employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate safety and access to necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in collaborative care working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to align treatment approaches and deliver comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for ongoing support.

Your work will involve serving a varied client demographic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health therapy license (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
