Job Description
Salary up to $225,000, depending on experience, plus a very competitive compensation package and managerial and partnership opportunity.
\n \nGendelberg Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our immigration law firm, dedicated primarily to affirmative and defensive asylum representation.
\n \nWe are looking for an attorney who is passionate about helping clients, enjoys litigation and advocacy, and wants to build a long-term career with a firm that values professional growth and rewards hard work.
\n \nQualifications:
\n \n✔ Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (New York admission is not required).
\n \n✔ Minimum of 3 years of immigration experience.
\n \n✔ Required experience with affirmative and defensive Asylum. Experience with the following is strongly preferred but is not required: fluency in a foreign language, appeals, habeas corpus, vawa, marriage-based immigration, and other humanitarian matters.
\n \nSchedule:
\n \nThis is a full-time in office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Hybrid or remote is not permitted.
