Our client, a global IT services firm, is seeking a Windows/MAC IT Desktop Support, Incident Technician to join their team in New York, NY!

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of deskside support experience supporting both MAC and Windows PCs, with a strong focus on MAC expertise.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Must have hands on experience with Intune, SCCM (MECM), JAMF, and remote tool (N-Able, Bomgar, etc.).
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, patch management, and device asset tracking.
• Solid knowledge of desktop hardware break/fix, software diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with support tools such as WebEx, Jabber, and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist end users.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
• U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. required; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call support, including after-hours and weekends.
• Active engagement in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technology.
• Experience supporting remote connections and virtual machine setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably with a background in financial services or brokerage environments.
• Experience supporting hardware inventory, shipping & receiving, and asset management.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and patch deployment processes.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Pay Rate: $28/hr - $30/hr
