Position Summary Position Summary: What you’ll do: Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for an area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others, determine corrective action, and make recommendations for resolution. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling logistics and company policies. Identify training and development needs, participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in business, logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience Must attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
