Position Bi-Lingual Employment & Training Specialist 3 – Full Time Location Bloomfield, CT, US Rate of Pay $25.80 per hour Salary Range $25.80 per hour Hours 37.5 Hours per Week Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Sign-On Bonus $500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days) Summary You will work as an Employment Specialist to promote and expand employment opportunities for individuals who use DMHAS services who have mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The role requires outgoing, enthusiastic, and problem solving skills for a lifelong career. Qualifications High school diploma or GED/Hiset and 3 years of experience; or Associates degree with 2-3 years of experience; or Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of experience required. Requirements Must speak, read, and write in Spanish fluently. Ability to use computers including Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet. Must have a willingness to network and showcase relationship building skills. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, and willingness to use personal vehicle to transport participants.
