We are a CompTIA-accredited business and carries the CompTIA Security Trustmark and holds premiere or partner certifications with VMWare, Microsoft, Watchguard, Allworx, Cisco, Apple, Citrix, and many more industry-leading manufacturers.Our current opening is for a full-time, permanent IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure) paying $65k – $75k with full benefits, certification reimbursement, profit sharing, and more!As an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 – Hybrid WFH (MSP), you will be the client-facing, go-to person for troubleshooting and backend administration issues. You'll work with top-tier technologies (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and M365). The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure) should have experience with Windows Server, VMWare ESXi, Azure IaaS, M365, Duo and Sophos EDR.
