IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH)Since 2002, we have provided IT Managed Services to clients across the country. We pride ourselves on being able to solve problems that other IT companies can't. Our expertise extends beyond network management to infrastructure IT management and takes a holistic view of clients' businesses and design solutions for the organization to grow.Our current opening is for an IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH). The IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) will answer incoming tickets and work alongside the L2 and L3 technicians on advanced issues. You will be responsible for day-to-day PC/Server support, ticketing system flow, coordinating support sessions with users and resolving IT support issues. This position also assists with ongoing technology projects.IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) Experience:Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, N-Able, or similar MSP toolsWindows Server 2012, 2016, and newer Proficient in Active Directory user management, backup/restore, and patchingSkilled in Azure Enterprise ID user management, OneDrive, and SharePoint support Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCsSetup of file, print, and remote access servicesBasic administration tasks like user/group management, file permissions, event log monitoring, and backup restorationKnowledgeable in enterprise email systems and Microsoft 365 SuiteFamiliarity with Apple supportProficiency in Windows 8/10/11 troubleshooting and configurationSetup and customization of standard Outlook, Teams, and collaboration toolsInstallation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of MS Office Suite applicationsAbility to configure TCP/IP and diagnose Internet connectivity issuesUnderstanding of routers, firewalls, switches, hubs, patch panels, and network node connectionsKnowledge of DNS servicesIT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHybrid WFH (2 days at home)Certification ReimbursementMileage ReimbursementPTOPaid HolidaysClear promotion guidelines
