Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, involving travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions. You will work Monday through Friday, maintaining a structured 40-hour workweek. This hands-on style allows our therapists to engage directly with patients in their own environments, providing them with personalized care that considers their unique circumstances and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively evaluate each patient's condition, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions based on physician referrals.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques and modalities to treat orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine-related conditions.
• Foster an environment of excellent customer service, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported throughout their therapy journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and integrate evidence-based practices into daily work.
• Deliver purposeful care in patients' homes, employing techniques that align with the physician's plan of care to produce meaningful improvements in their condition and function.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers, providing them with the tools they need to participate actively in their healing process.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals while contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists have the incredible opportunity to work across a diverse patient population, which includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, children with developmental needs, patients with neurological conditions, and athletes seeking rehabilitation from sports-related injuries. This variety allows for a dynamic work environment where therapists expand their skills while making significant impacts on patients' lives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State license in Physical Therapy is essential.
• A minimum of two years' experience delivering physical therapy services is necessary.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills is essential for accurate documentation and reporting.
• A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals.
• A proactive desire to connect positively with individuals within and outside the organization.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care is highly preferred, as it develops the focus required for treating patients in their home environment.
• Knowledge or specialization in specific fields such as geriatrics, pediatrics, or sports medicine will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to a base salary, our compensation package includes:
