About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of AI to spearhead the definition and execution of its enterprise AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming AI from a nascent stage to a fully integrated, governed enterprise capability with a focus on enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in AI, machine learning, and modern AI technologies, who can effectively translate business priorities into a strategic AI portfolio. The SVP, Head of AI will also be tasked with building and leading the AI engineering team, ensuring the delivery of AI initiatives in a regulated environment, and driving the adoption of AI across the organization. Applicants for the SVP, Head of AI position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' experience in technology, data, analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in banking or financial services. The role demands a leader with practical fluency in enterprise AI architectures, a deep understanding of AI delivery patterns, and experience in operating AI within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across various functions to drive the AI agenda.
