Work Environment

This position is based in a remote outpatient setting, ensuring flexibility while offering essential mental health services. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging group sessions that facilitate connections among clients, promoting sharing, learning, and collective recovery.
• Provide Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy, helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Implement tailored coping strategies and actionable plans in addressing their needs.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and ambitions.
• Monitor Progress: Assess and evaluate client progress and outcomes using diverse tools and client feedback to ensure effective treatment adaptations when necessary.
• Coordinate with Team: Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring communication and collaboration on complex cases to enhance client care outcomes.

This role will primarily focus on young adults facing mental health and mood disorders. Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• LPC Licensure: Candidates must hold a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience working with clients undergoing mental health treatments, particularly in outpatient or residential settings.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to fostering a culture of positive change.
• Clinical Proficiency: Familiarity with techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is essential.

• The annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
