Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator is here to facilitate protocols within our dental laboratory and coordinates all incoming calls, cases, and dental office calls. This position ensures experiences for all our clients and provides support to the company by managing the cases.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer phones, takes massages, and schedules pick-ups and deliveries.
Understands and oversees the processing of all incoming cases, and outgoing cases.
Communicate due dates/times with doctor's office staff.
Inform and educate doctor's offices of products, prices, and time needed.
Manage E-mail daily.
Communicate with all clients and personnel.
If needed, communicates with doctors and/or staff to ensure all required information/photos/documents are obtained.
Enter detailed data provided from doctors and/or staff during verbal/written communication into the database.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment. -Following Employer Standards-

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in the dental industry preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel
Interprets cursive writing.
Touch-typing skills. 40+ WPM
Time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
