We are seeking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Accounting Department. This position will play a key role in managing financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, audit support, general ledger accounting, compliance, and multi-entity accounting operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

* Prepare and review financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

* Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.

* Coordinate audit preparation and serve as a key contact during external audits.

* Support tax filings, regulatory reporting, and internal control compliance activities.

* Review intercompany transactions, allocations, and reconciliations.

* Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

* Partner with HR and other departments on payroll, benefits, and financial reconciliations as needed.

* Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting procedures and controls.

* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to accounting staff.

 

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.

* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, auditing, and U.S. GAAP.

* Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.

* Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations.

* Must have QuickBooks Online experience.
