Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of patients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services to patients facing urgent concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Lead and facilitate therapy groups and workshops that promote personal development and address topics such as coping strategies and life skills.

• Collaborate with hospital departments, medical teams, and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Active (and unrestricted) license in the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
