Summary The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full AR cycle, including payment posting, collections, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor AR aging report ; follow up on past-due accounts
- Post payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) accurately and timely
- Perform collections and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong understanding of AR processes and collections
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
