Director of Catering Sales
Location: Woburn, MA

A premier, family-owned catering service in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Director of Catering Sales to drive revenue and shape our event strategy. Backed by 35 years of commitment to unsurpassed quality, we are the Greater Boston area's trusted partner for corporate, wedding, and social events.
In this role, you will:
- Execute strategic sales plans to grow catering revenue from the boardroom to the ballroom.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, event planners, and venue partners.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated catering sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with a globally trained culinary team to design innovative, customized menus.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of proven success in catering or hospitality sales.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- A strong network of industry contacts in the Greater Boston area.
- A detail-oriented professional who balances operational efficiency with exceptional client service.
