This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver care and support from your preferred location. • Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing specialized trauma-informed approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop case conceptualizations to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed, participating in case reviews and fostering an environment of shared expertise.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to organizational policies and state regulations.

• Stay updated with best practices in trauma treatment, attending relevant training and professional development opportunities.

As a therapist at Parkside, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with trauma and related mental health concerns. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients through their healing journeys, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues associated with traumatic experiences. You will employ evidence-based models to create personalized treatment plans that focus on resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active license to practice independently in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is required.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a primary therapist role.

• Experience with trauma-focused therapies and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with community health resources and interdisciplinary collaboration practices.

• Prior involvement in initiatives aimed at improving mental health care services or client outcomes.
