Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to inform treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored for children and adolescents.

• Closely monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Document session notes and maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Provide consultation and support to caregivers, equipping them with tools and resources for effective home-based interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, case consultations, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Therapists will need to employ a range of clinically appropriate strategies that promote mental resilience and support family dynamics. Our telehealth services expand our reach, allowing us to work with clients across Pennsylvania, making a difference in under-resourced areas.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, holding an active licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents is required.

• Demonstrated capability in providing direct psychotherapy services and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong technology skills for conducting telehealth sessions and maintaining efficient communication.

• Self-motivated and adaptable with a proven ability to develop rapport quickly with clients and establish a therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Changes Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are available. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan which includes employer contributions.
