This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you maintain a work-life balance. You will adhere to a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the specific needs of children and adolescents, gathering comprehensive histories and relevant information.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that factor in the developmental stages of patients and engage family dynamics effectively.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and developmental psychology.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy services to children and adolescents, with proven therapeutic techniques and successful outcomes.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing a compassionate and effective approach to building rapport with young patients and their families.
