Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions according to established program schedules, facilitating therapeutic discussions that empower clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work (MA Clinical Psychology, MA Counseling, or MA Clinical Social Work).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to work with a client base effectively.

• Hold an active license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in using computer applications, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and telehealth platforms.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client cases concurrently.

• Strong self-directed work ethic, with the ability to manage time and priorities without close supervision.
