Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, interview clients, and determine diagnostic needs to tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage in one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to foster healing and growth.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes, closing, and transfer summaries to document client progress and facilitate continuity of care.

• Provide consultation and training to facility staff, enhancing their understanding of mental health interventions and fostering a collaborative care environment.

• Assist in the coordination and management of specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department, contributing to the community's mental health resources and preventive services.

• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes according to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele dealing with a range of mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, and adults, requiring tailored interventions to align with their unique experiences and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania, consistent with current supervisory requirements.

• Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience providing crisis management and mental health services.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of developmental theories, personality constructs, behavioral patterns, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Strong understanding of assessment methods and treatment modalities current in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elite Marriage and Family Systems offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
