Client Service Specialist

Avadi Wealth Management is a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial Services LLC. As a Client Service Specialist, Paraplanner, or Practice Manager (depending on experience) your role supports advisors and clients to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. This position is responsible for handling client inquiries, managing account servicing requests, onboarding new clients, and assisting advisors in delivering exceptional client care. The Client Service Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing efficient, accurate, and professional support. In addition, each Client Service Specialist will take ownership of one or more stretch projects, office functions, or committees to contribute to overall team effectiveness and continuous improvement. Client Experience: Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience. Build strong client relationships by servicing clients’ needs and providing proactive support. Coordinate with advisors to ensure client requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Advisor and Client Support: Prepare and organize client meeting materials, reports, and documentation. Provide follow-up support to ensure all requirements of the client meeting are completed in a timely manner. Support advisors by managing professional calendars, coordinating client communications and task management using CRM (Salesforce). Own client segmentation, service frequency, and execution of the Client Service Model, including management of monthly scheduling reports. Process account maintenance requests, documentation, and service transactions within timely manner. Assist with account openings, transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and other client account activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all service requests and documentation of client interaction into CRM. Regularly monitor client accounts by reviewing key reports. Coordinator with the advisor for proactive client outreach and follow up to resolve issues, address risks, and identify service or planning needs. Point of contact to help clients troubleshoot access to their secure site. Office and Team Support: Contribute to the broader success of AVADI by taking ownership of an additional area of responsibility beyond their core role. This may include supporting a key office function, developing a specialty, or leading and participating in team committees, all with the goal of enhancing efficiency, collaboration, and overall client experience. Required Skills & Experience: At least 5 years in a client support role, ideally within financial services but other professional environments will be considered. Ability to handle multiple priorities, projects, and tasks with high attention to detail Desire to be part of a team that values exceptional client service, collaboration, and growth Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered Compensation and Work Environment: Client Service Specialist, base salary ranging from $50,000-$70,000 Paraplanner, a fully licensed CSS, base salary ranging from $55,000-$80,000 Practice Manager, highly experienced CSS in financial services, base salary ranging from $65,000-$85,000 All roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses and a competitive benefits package. Avadi is primarily an in-office environment with flexibility for real life.
