This invaluable experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed, and after the program, you'll transition to fully remote work! Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience. Master our client systems and processes during your training period. What We're Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) to effectively assist our clients. Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.
