Sous Chef The Sous Chef at Percy supports the KM in the operation of the back of the house: financial, personnel, guest service, food quality, safety, and leadership development. In order to be successful in these responsibilities, the Sous Chef must love the restaurant business, exude the core values, and lead with heart and humor. Must be willing to work AM and PM hours.
