Auto BookkeeperWe are seeking a highly organized and reliable bookkeeper to drive our daily accounting workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial data with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.Job Requirements:Attention to detail and good communication skills are requiredMust be a team player, a quick learnerAbility to multitaskAuto dealership experience a plus, but not requiredMaintain a professional appearanceResponsibilitiesPosting, costing, new and used car dealsProcess of accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile monthly vendor statementsRun and review the monthly accounts payableUpdate spreadsheets for the monthly payments and miscellaneous filesReview, research and clear all related schedulesVehicle floor plan and payoffsComplete special projects, as assigned and other office accounting duties as wellBenefitsYour salary range will be from $52K – $57K per year, based on your level of experienceA medical benefits plan is availableA 401K planPaid vacation.
