Enterprise Account Manager

This is a direct hire opportunity based in Houston, TX, covering an established book of enterprise clients across the U.S./ppIf youre a consultative, results-driven sales professional who thrives on growing existing accounts, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and closing complex deals this role is built for you./ppYoull own a portfolio of existing enterprise customers and serve as their trusted advisor, helping finance leaders modernize and transform their finance operations through cutting-edge technology. Your mission: drive customer success, deepen relationships, expand the digital footprint within each account, and generate meaningful revenue growth./ppThis is not a transactional sales seat. Youll be working with sophisticated buyers (CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers) on multi-stakeholder, value-based deals./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliManage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with a primary focus on identifying and closing expansion opportunities/liliBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and key stakeholders/liliRun discovery and assessments to uncover customer pain points, then build tailored roadmaps and business cases for finance transformation/liliConsistently hit monthly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and clean execution of the sales playbook/liliPartner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product to drive customer outcomes/liliTravel regionally (3040%) to meet customers on-site and represent the company at user groups, trade shows, and industry conferences/li/ulpWhat You Bring/pulli8+ years of SaaS/technology Account Management or Enterprise Sales experience, with a proven track record managing complex accounts and long sales cycles/liliExperience selling within a Value Framework or consultative/strategic selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Force Management, etc.)/liliDemonstrated success expanding existing accounts and growing digital footprint in enterprise environments/liliStrong executive presence comfortable communicating value to C-level and senior finance leaders/liliExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills/liliWillingness and ability to travel up to ~50% to client sites and industry events/liliBachelors degree/li/ulpCompensation Benefits/pulliCompetitive base salary + uncapped performance-based commission/liliStock option opportunities for top performers/lili401(k) with company match/liliComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits/liliWellness resources and programs/liliPaid parental leave/liliPaid company holidays + flex holidays/liliQuarterly team events, outings, and a high-energy culture/li/ul/div
