The Waynes team is always looking at everything that we do to improve the quality of our team and their quality of life so that we can provide a quality service that sets the standard for not just the pest control industry, but the entire service sector.Waynes is a part of Anticimex Group, with over 8,000 employees in 19 countries around the globe.The Payment Specialist will contact customers to resolve past-due balances and work with collection agency.**Benefits:*** Medical, Dental, and Vision* Company vehicle and cellphone* Employer-paid life insurance, and short-term disability* 401k with company match* Paid time off and 8 paid holidays**Duties/Responsibilities:**· Make outbound collection calls to past-due customers to collect payments and discuss account activity.· Maintain and notate all appropriate information and documentation on customers account status.· Work with third-party collections agencies.· Meet bi-weekly and month-end deadlines.· Work with internal departments to resolve payment or accounting issues.· Perform other related duties as assigned.**Required Skills/Abilities:**· High school diploma or GED required.· Minimum of 1 year of collection experience.· Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.· Excellent customer service and phone skills.· Strong written communication skills.· Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.· Excellent organizational and time management skills.· Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.**Preferred Skills/Abilities:**· Associate degree or vocational school training preferred.· Minimum of 2 years of collections experience.· Proficient in Microsoft Office### About UsAt Waynes our goal is to provide World Class Service-Every Time!
