Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including conduct thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, focusing on effective outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that address both the psychological and socio-emotional needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with advances in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals and families dealing with a myriad of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical issues surrounding mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
